Schedule a Consultation
We are very flexible with consultations, which can be scheduled based on your needs and availability. We do recommend scheduling a consultation at least 6 to 9 months before your wedding day; however we can gladly accommodate last minute bookings. We will assist  you with your color scheme, floral selections and all the details to make your wedding fabulous.

Where and When
Consultations can be scheduled at Flowers By Topaz office at 2831 Long Beach Rd. Oceanside, New York 11572. Once budget and style are confirmed, we will always show you a mock up of your floral design at no additional charge to you. Changes are allowed at this time; however additional fees might apply based on season and availability of floral choices.

Payments and Contracts
Once you’re over all style and budget is determined, we will send you a detailed proposal with your selections. A formal contract will follow once you are ready to reserve your date. A 50% deposit is requested if your wedding is booked with 6 months of your wedding date, if wedding date is more than 6 months a 30% deposit is requested. You can cancel at any time, however a 30% cancellation fee will apply, 50% if wedding is cancelled within 30 days of wedding date.
